Rules of your apartment
- Flexible Rent: Possibility to adjust the duration of your rent, with a minimum of one year. Our consultants are always available.
- Amenities: The Gym & Wellness gym, the Coworking space - Meeting room - Party room, and the Temporary Apartment can be used upon reservation via the Morning Care® My Living app.
The condominium park and playground are free to use. - The keys will be delivered the day of check-in and will need to be returned by the day of check-out, as agreed in the contract.
Health and Safety
- Porter: The porter service at Parco Vittoria is available 24 h, 365 days of the year.
- Video Surveillance: The video surveillance system is active 24h, 365 days of the year.
- Fire prevention system: Flat Tower is equipped with an advanced fire prevention system to protect the safety of guests.
Info and Cancellation Policy
- The condominium fees are included in the rental fee.
- The agency fees are excluded from the rental fee.
- Timing: It is possible to cancel within 6 months prior to the expiration of the contract.
- Method: Cancellation can be made via registered mail or certified email.
